MarkDocket Desktop for Mac

MarkDocket Desktop (beta) fills USPTO Trademark Center forms in your installed Chrome. For Section 1(a), it can prepare first-use dates and specimen follow-up pages only after you provide and confirm the legal facts, evidence, public webpage details, and class assignments. You remain responsible for accuracy and specimen suitability. USPTO stores your payment method; MarkDocket never receives card or bank details. Desktop can prepare and select a stored USPTO default where supported. You review, sign the declaration, review fees and the selected method, and click Pay & Submit.

Manual USPTO sign-in is the default. Optional automated sign-in requires one-time enrollment on each paired computer. Existing sessions may skip sign-in; failures and Okta accounts fall back to manual sign-in.
